I checked the memory usage and suspect that I am hitting memory threshold, but do not get error messages or anything saying that. I get to just over 4,700 rows compared and the program stops responding. Then I set number of matches to 1 and similarity threshold to 0.85. Per the instructions for using the fuzzy lookup add-in, I created two tables in separate tabs/worksheets, "cataloged_subsetA" and "missing_items". I am using fuzzy lookup to find near duplicates. Y 4.EX 7/11:W 19/2/V.3 are values in the missing set. I attempted to find duplicates using conditional formatting, but the main identifiers (call numbers) are too messy. I need to see if any of the "missing" items actually show up in the cataloged set.
The data I'm comparing is a set of cataloged items (90k items) with an old list of items we thought were missing (about 11k).
